Dear Committee,
I regret to inform you that I cannot accept your offer. An acceptance letter, which satisfies at least one of the following conditions, will be considered:
No more than $45,000 per year tuition fee
No less than $15,000 per year scholarship
My record shows that your offer did not meet either of my required conditions. Tuition fee is considered frequently and you may lower it. Since you can not change your fees immediately, I encourage you to offer the partial scholarship in order to persuade me to accept your offer. When you achieve the required conditions, you may give me an offer again, and I will reevaluate your offer at that time.
I appreciate your interest in me and look forward to seeing your offer with satisfying scholarship in the future.

After careful consideration, I has now made initial determinations with regard to those law schools which admitted me early. I received an enormous number of offers from around the world.
The process of selection has been, accordingly, very difficult. Consequently, I felt that it could not take definitive action (accept or reject) on some law schools without reference to the general admission pool. Your offer was included in this group and was put on the waiting list. I will now continue to hold your offer while it undertakes its review of the general admission pool. I expect to let you know whether you have been accepted or rejected by early April.
Please be assured that I understand the stress of continued uncertainty and that I will do my best to expedite the process as much as possible. If you decide to withdraw your name from my further consideration, and I hope you do not, please email ergou.kong@woyaoshangtian.com. No formal letter is required.
